The Treasury Manager for Projects, Transformation, and Reporting will lead initiatives to improve the efficiency of Ricoh Group Treasury operations, enhance liquidity management, optimise financial risk management strategies, and foster collaboration across business functions. This role oversees and manages all projects within the London Treasury function, ensuring compliance controls are met and overseeing both internal and external reporting activities. What you will be doing Develop and manage the project delivery plan, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met. Run regular project meetings with stakeholders to track project progress and address any open items. Collaborate with the Treasury team and other departments to allocate appropriate resources for successful project completion. Assist with the implementation of an in-house bank, utilising a liquidity structure with virtual accounts to centralise cash management and operations. Set clear goals, milestones, and performance metrics for Treasury transformation initiatives, tracking progress and measuring success. Drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of Treasury processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency, streamline manual tasks, enhance data analytics, and boost decision-making capabilities. Support M&A integration from a Treasury perspective, ensuring compliance with Ricoh processes and policies. Monitor and ensure subsidiary compliance with Group Treasury policies. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Treasury management to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure optimisation and strategic alignment of cash forecasting and liquidity management strategies to maintain sufficient working capital. Lead the development of innovative approaches to optimise Treasury operations, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, tax, legal, and operating companies, to align Treasury strategies. Provide regular updates to the Regional Treasury Director and support ad hoc requests as needed. Manage external reporting in areas like sanctions compliance and European Market Infrastructure Regulation. Oversee the preparation of monthly reporting to senior management. You will ideally have Solid experience across front, middle, and back office activities in a multinational Treasury function is highly beneficial. Strong, broad understanding of Treasury operations. Familiarity with Treasury management systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. GCSEs and A-Levels. Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (desirable). Accounting or Treasury qualification (or working towards) (desirable). Project management and delivery skills. Ability to understand and translate business processes into requirements and process flow diagrams. Strong organisational and structuring skills to streamline processes. Capable of managing multiple deliverables with competing priorities. Excellent communication and planning skills. Proactive, inquisitive, and solution-oriented approach.
