Primary responsibilities: Strategic Insight & Communication Partner directly with the CEO of the Consumer Division to develop and communicate strategic initiatives Translate complex topics into clear presentations and briefing docs Conduct research and analysis to support high-level decision-making Project Execution & Ownership Lead fast-moving special projects from idea to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes Support quarterly and annual planning processes with data and strategic input Cross-Functional Collaboration Work across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to align on priorities and drive execution Help establish systems for tracking KPIs and ensuring accountability on key initiatives Required qualifications: Strategic and analytical : You think in frameworks, spot patterns quickly, and can distill complex information into clear insights Top-tier academic or professional background : 2-3 years in consulting, high-growth tech, venture capital, finance, or similar. An MBA or equivalent academic excellence is a strong plus High ownership mindset : You don't wait for instructions-you take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through Exceptional communicator : Skilled at creating structured documents and presentations that influence decisions Comfortable with ambiguity : You're energized by open-ended problems and fast-paced environments Collaborative and low-ego : You work well across teams, listen actively, and can challenge ideas without creating friction Driven by impact : You want your work to matter-and you're motivated by solving meaningful problems at scale Bonus if you have: Experience with cryptocurrencies, digital assets, or consumer products.
