Our client based in Essendine is looking to recruit a Customer Support Technician on a fulltime permanent basis due to the department growing. Working as part of an established team you will provide 1st line remote customer service for our clients customers. This role will involve excellent customer service but also the IT side to resolve technical queries. (more detailed IT problems are escalated up through the proper channels). The role will also involve taking inbound calls and trying to resolve the problem whilst the customer is on the phone and this will be done by remotely accessing the clients software remotely. Our Client near to ST Ives is looking to recruit 2x Sales Executive on a permanent basis either fulltime hours or 9/9.30 start with a 4pm finish Monday to Friday. This is an due to continued growth and a record year in sales. The role of sales executive is dealing with inbound as well as making outbound calls but the outbound calls are to existing or lapsed clients so it isn't a cold calling role. When dealing with existing customers as a sales executive it is about building relationships and maximising the sales to existing clients buy offering additional products/services over the phone. So in a nutshell it is a sales role. To be considered for this role you Must have at least worked in a sales environment (not call centre or retail) and you will be able to demonstrate this at interview. A commission structure is available but only after a successful probation period. The salary is £29,000k base plus commission The company offer a great working environment plus a rural location so you Must have your own transport as there are no local bus services suitable. The role is 37 hours a week with a slightly earlier finish on a Friday

Our client based near to ST Ives Is looking to recruit a warehouse operative on a fulltime permanent basis working Monday to Friday (NO Weekends). You will be working in a successful business and working as part of a small team. You will be responsible for picking and packing of our client's product ranges. Piutting products away and ensuring as a team that all orders are despatched on a daily/weekly basis. This is a no food,warm warehouse environment and to be considered for this role you will be physically fit and have your own transport as our clients location is not close to any public transport links. Hours of work for the Warehouse Operative are 8.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime can be available at weekends at double time pay rate. Our client based in Essendine is looking to recruit a Hardware Technician on a fulltime permanent basis due to company expansion. Working in a busy team you will be responsible for building of touchscreen EPoS systems. Which includes System builds Pre-install scanner set-up, Disk and 'Hotkey' set-up, Till and peripheral building/testing prior to installation. Also as part of the role you will clean second hand/returned equipment, Repair faulty equipment if possible and Test repaired equipment. Working as part of a small but busy team. Reporting into the branch manager your role is to assist customers either on the phone/email or face to face to maximise sales for the business. Job Role:- Point of contact for design advice and product selection. Collate specific customer requirements and technically access product suitability. Preparation of quotes, ensuring these are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Analyse quote logs and report results weekly/monthly. Progress and chase up quotes as deemed necessary, updating our records accordingly. Identify record and follow up sales opportunities. Orders Internal point of contact for planning, purchasing and finance departments. Accurate sales order processing. Preparation of order confirmation for approval by customer. Coordinate supply of components and raise related purchase orders as necessary. Interact with our planning function to ensure customer delivery expectations are achieved. Ensure accurate product pricing exists for our accounts invoicing system. Ensure job pricing achieves minimum profit margin expectations.
