Job Category: Administrator Job Type: Full Time, Temporary Job Location: Crosby Pay Rate: £15 - 18 p/h Start Date: September 2026 About the role: EdStaff are seeking a professional and highly organised school administrator to join a busy office team within a primary school in the Crosby area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active administrator who has previous experience working within a school environment and is confident managing a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced setting. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors, and staff and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and efficient administrative support. The role is full-time and is due to be 1 term long (September - December). The school are looking for somebody with previous experience working within a school office. Key responsibilities: Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly presence Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally. Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider school staff. Managing pupil records and maintaining accurate data. Processing attendance and admissions administration. Handling correspondence, filing, and general office duties. Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding Person specification: Friendly, approachable and welcoming with a professional appearance Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Able to use initiative and solve problems effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
