As a Fit Out Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for: Manage multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously, with values up to 25million, ensuring all are delivered to agreed timelines and budgets Prepare and manage contracts, procurement, and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and resolve issues.
