With a commercial and customer focused approach, the Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager to maximise direct sales through Delfont Mackintosh Theatres (DMT) and provide marketing support to all resident producers, in line with DMT's Business Plan. Championing DMT's brand you will develop DMT's database, driving engagement and income generation. In a team of Marketing Executives, this role has lead responsibility for CRM, and you will therefore have demonstrable skills of developing and engaging audience utilising a CRM platform. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a marketing role in the arts and culture sector, together with an interest in theatre and an aptitude for working in live entertainment. You should also have a high level of computer literacy, as well as excellent numerical and communication skills. As the Facilities Manager you will report to the Head of Engineering and Facilities and will plan, manage, and deliver the required service to ensure all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) assets and infrastructure across the group's portfolio are compliant, safe, and operational. Your responsibilities include delivery of all FM related services, including decorating, and all hard FM periodic servicing contracts which are the responsibility of the Property Team, including EICR testing and remedial works across the DMT portfolio. This unique position, based in Mackintosh House on Shaftesbury Avenue, involves collaboration with teams across all the theatres in the West End. Situated in the heart of theatre land, your new office will offer a vibrant environment.
