To facilitate consultation with communities to assess and deliver the energy message. 8. To work with others to raise awareness of the NI Energy Advice Service. 9. Manage incoming customer enquiries and ensure that all enquiries are resolved to service levels and focus on first-time resolution of all issues. 10. Either a. Possess a minimum of a BTEC Higher or equivalent (Level 4 ) of qualification OR b.
