The Role The Head of FP&A will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and ensuring forecasts reflect both current performance and future expectations. The successful Head of FP&A: 7-12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and accounting standards. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insight.
