The role is full time, Monday to Friday, however there is flexibility on start / finish times - plus only 2 visits to the office in West Swindon per week. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient payroll service for approximately 900 monthly-paid employees. The role is full time and site based for at least 4 days per week. Reporting to the Regional HR Director and being part of the site leadership team, the purpose of the role is to partner with leaders / managers and employees across the business regarding end to end employee relations, policies and procedures as well as new ways of working. We are looking for a hands on HR Manager who is used to providing generalist site support across production / manufacturing, engineering, quality as well as commercial / support functions. As part of the site leadership team, you will provide support to the site growth goals.
