Chartered or near Chartered status (ICE or equivalent). Minimum 5-8 years of relevant post-graduate experience. Proven ability to manage and deliver civil engineering design projects. Strong understanding of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures. Proficient in civil engineering design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and sustainable engineering.
