Oversee statutory accounts and manage the year-end audit process. Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial procedures. Support costing, margin analysis, and financial performance monitoring across manufacturing operations. Provide meaningful financial insight to guide decision-making. Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team. Partner cross-functionally with operations, project management, supply chain, and commercial teams. About You: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Advanced Excel and ERP systems capability. Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement.
