Property Manager / Block Manager - Chichester - Up to £40k - flexible working Our client is a long established, highly reputable property consultancy that has serviced the Chichester (and closely surrounding) property market for over 100 years. Within their Property Management arm, which oversees 55 mostly RMC/RTM developments (predominantly purpose-built long leasehold blocks with some private roadways of freehold houses), they now require a competent, service minded local Property Manager / Block Manager as follows: Undertake the full range of leasehold duties, from budget setting to major works consultation, insurance provision and AGM's Provide an accountable, thorough and cost effective service to long standing clients Work with the support of a property administrator, liaising effectively with in-house accountancy and surveying teams reporting directly to the MD The portfolio for the successful block manager / property manager is all within 20 miles of Chichester and whilst flexible working is offered (2 days from home), a local candidate with good local knowledge would be preferable.
