About the role: Acting as a helpful first point of contact for L&D queries. Supporting a wide range of learning activities such as onboarding, workshops, and early-career development programmes. Preparing communications like joining instructions, reminders and follow-ups to create a positive learner experience. Helping design engaging learning materials, including digital content and promotional assets using tools where training will be provided if needed. Maintaining accurate data within learning systems, monitoring completion rates and updating records. Supporting compliance training and tracking progress for qualifications. Creating simple reports in Excel or via LMS insights as you build confidence with training data. About you: You don't need years of experience - just the right attitude and a genuine interest in L&D. The ideal person will have: Around 1-2 years of Learning & Development or HR experience. A desire to start or continue a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification. Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. Confidence coordinating events or logistics. A friendly, approachable style when supporting colleagues. Basic understanding of LMS platforms or digital learning tools (or willingness to learn). Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and tools like Teams/Zoom. Interest in using design tools such as Canva. A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for helping people learn. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for weekly travel.
