The role To be the in-house contact for the client, providing a quality administration service in respect of a portfolio of SIPPs. Knowledge, skills and abilities Knowledge of the SIPP and associated products. Role Overview Responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of the firm's core business applications and productivity platforms, including Intelliflo, Omniphi, Virtual Cabinet, Moneyinfo, Sage, Adobe and Microsoft 365, as well as other business applications. The role provides second-line support, resolves system issues, supports projects and works with colleagues, suppliers and the external IT provider to ensure systems effectively support business operations.
