The Role As a Recruitment Consultant within our Further Education division, you will manage and grow your own desk within the national FE market. This is a sales-focused, relationship-led role offering strong earning potential and clear progression. You ll build partnerships with colleges across the UK, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles. From business development and candidate attraction through to placement and account management, you ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. You ll benefit from a strong reputation, established systems and experienced leadership while maintaining the autonomy to build and scale your own desk. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with FE colleges and training providers nationwide Generate new business opportunities Source, interview and place candidates Manage temporary and permanent recruitment assignments Ensure full compliance with education standards Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates Achieve and exceed revenue targets This role suits individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term professional relationships. Who We re Looking For We are hiring both Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Experienced Recruiters. Trainee Consultants No recruitment experience is required. Experienced Consultants We re keen to speak with well-versed recruiters looking to develop within a specialist national brand. You will bring: Proven recruitment experience Strong business development and client management skills A track record of billing success A commercial mindset Experience within education or Further Education is advantageous but not essential.
