This role is to provide excellent paraplanning support for their team of Financial Advisers. This entails participating in client meetings and helping to formulate financial plans and strategies as well as report writing. Collate and circulate Board papers in a timely fashion, take minutes and actions at the monthly Board Meeting. Prepare and distribute agenda and take minutes and actions at the monthly Consultants Meeting. Liaising with and booking external venues for offsite meetings and facilitating on the day of the event. Arrange induction meetings with department managers for new members of staff. Understanding the MDs tasks and projects and maintaining his 'To Do' list. They are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organisational and time management skills.
