The work is very varied, and requires working in a multi-agency manner with Worcestershire Children Services, Adult Services, Special Educational Needs Department (SEND), health colleagues, schools and colleges to ensure young people get the whole range of options they deserve when moving into adulthood. The work involves using Liquidlogic in both the adult and children's systems and working within children and adults legislation effectively.
