Sales and Customer Service Advisor Salary: £18,532 (OTE: £20,000-£40,000) Derby Based - work from home (must be based near Derby) Full time, Permanent, Flexible Shift Pattern Are you a good communicator who has experience in working towards targets and upselling? Red Dot Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an excellent client based in the Derby area. Our client is looking to recruit x4 Sales Advisors starting as soon as this Monday! Outbound sales experience is not essential; however, the ideal candidate will be comfortable overcoming objections and making warm outbound calls. The Role: You will be representing one of the world's largest broadband companies on their Sales team. On a day to day basis, you will be making Outbound calls to new, existing, or previous customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. All calls are warm calls; however, the successful candidate will be confident in objection handling and working towards sales targets. Daily Duties: Making outbound calls to new, existing, and previous customers (warm leads) Representing the company in a positive light Building and maintaining relationships with new, existing, and past customers Upselling and maximising sales Delivering an excellent customer service Working towards performance-based targets Requirements: This is an outbound sales role, therefore experience working towards targets is essential. You do not have to have any of sales experience - as full training is provided - however, you must be driven, money motivated, and have a positive attitude.
