Every day of the year the charity gives brave and deserving children across the UK the chance to put their illness on hold and do something they have previously only dreamed of. The role: We are seeking a Community and Events Officer who will help manage our new community campaigns and be involved in building our challenge events portfolio for 2022. The role will support the Fundraising Team and help develop our fundraising events portfolio. This will include providing an effective supporter journey, processing donations and supporting our Community and Events Manager. This is a great role for someone who is looking to develop their fundraising skills in a growing charity with a highly skilled fundraising team. Requirements: You will need to have been part of a fundraising team that has successfully delivered charity fundraising challenge events and to have both project management experience and experience of stewarding community fundraisers. You will also need to have strong relationship and account management experience and be able to work on your own initiative. What we offer: Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week. Hybrid working arrangements, which align with the needs of the role, will be considered. The role: We are seeking a Senior Finance Officer to provide day-to-day book-keeping and administration of the company finances. Requirements: You will need a successful track record of working in a similar role and to hold a qualified or part qualified accountancy qualification. You must be able to thrive in a busy office environment, be a multi tasker with a can do attitude, and have the ability to manage a busy workload across multiple departments.
