Your new role As Primary Teacher & Key Stage Leader, you will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum to a small class of up to 10 pupils, adapting lessons to meet the needs of learners on the autistic spectrum. Alongside your teaching responsibilities, you will lead your Key Stage team, driving excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will cover learner progress, curriculum planning, staff development, and parental engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping a positive learning environment and ensuring every child achieves their potential.
