Clifton College is seeking an inspiring Head of Fundraising to lead the next chapter of our Development programme. As the first person in this newly created role, you ll play a key part in shaping the future of fundraising at Clifton, building long-term, meaningful relationships with donors and supporters while helping to deliver a bold and sustainable development strategy. You will work closely with the Director of Development and a collaborative senior team, championing a culture of philanthropy across the College. They will undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead as defined in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2021. They will possess excellent relationship-building skills, a personal ethos of service and the expertise to further develop the safeguarding team at the College.
