The Nursery Nurse will be directly responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging environment that is both stimulating and comfortable, while also establishing positive relationships with both children and their parents, as well as a genuine interest in the childcare sector. Knowledge A sound understanding of early childhood development and learning. Training in the relevant learning strategies. First aid training/training as appropriate is desirable.
