As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance to the Board. You will bring alignment with our vision, values, and long-term strategy, whilst offering a fresh perspective within our decision-making and the ability to hold our organisations to account for performance and quality. The Person In these appointments, we are seeking exceptional strategic leaders with a strong track record of success in one or more of the following areas: Digital, Innovation & Transformation, Strategic Partnerships & Change Management, and Commercial & Business Acumen. These roles require individuals with board level or equivalent experience gained in complex, changing, and multi-stakeholder environments either in the public, private or third sector. Whilst previous Non-Executive Director experience is not essential, significant leadership at scale will allow you to quickly engage in strategic thinking and development for our organisations.
