Property Solicitor/ Conveyancing Solicitor / Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer) Employer Capital One Solicitors Location Slough SL1 1DH (High Street law firm) Salary £30k - 40k per year based on experience In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, commercial leases, and remortgages. You will oversee each matter from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient, and high-quality service throughout. Your duties will include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting searches, liaising with lenders, and coordinating with other solicitors and relevant stakeholders. You will be expected to proactively identify and address potential issues, provide clear and practical advice to clients, and maintain accurate and up-to-date file records at all times. You will play a key role in upholding high service standards while contributing to the development and improvement of team processes. Key Responsibilities: Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Managing remortgages Dealing with transfers of equity Assisting with lease extensions and related matters Commercial leases Candidate Profile: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer Ideally 2+ years' post-qualification experience Good knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law Ability to manage a full caseload independently from instruction to completion Excellent client care and communication skills Proficient IT skills Experience drafting and reviewing legal documentation, ordering searches, investigating title, and progressing matters through to exchange and completion Ability to provide clear, practical, and client-focused advice tailored to individual circumstances Consultant Property Solicitor/ Fee Earner will be paid monthly dependant on their monthly billing in the ratio 60:40 in favour of the Applicants.
