Maintenance Technician Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Salary: £28,000- £35,000 gross per annum DOE Clean Driving licence ( no more than 3 points) Option to Saturdays currently work available Calling all Maintenance Technicians/Handypersons Our team is expanding and we looking for a full time Maintenance Technicians. You will be doing residential properties repairs across London, as part of our ever-growing busy team. Interested? Want stability? Then read on! Able to drive in London doing general maintenance repairs and all that goes with it. Have proven experience in all types of general repairs; kitchen, bathroom repairs light plumbing, leaks to drainage and blockage to electrical, painting, grouting, various treatment, ad-hoc jobs. Deal with delivery and assembly of furniture and appliances, lock and fire door changes, delivery and removal, minor installations, flooring; this is not an exhaustive list. Report property condition for check in/out purposes, fixing immediate areas of damage and fix Secure broken items under H&S, clean and tidy up, until more specialist repair teams can arrive. Send daily reports and photo, and videos required by relevant departments to action. Report repairs completed on site and outstanding issues needing more time or specialist repairs. Deliver and remove furniture, unwanted items from properties, company yard, property sanitising. Follow necessary processes for parking and deliveries, ensure you don't get traffic offences. This is not an exhaustive list and may be adjusted according to the demands of the business. What you need to have? Good knowledge of English oral and written. Good work ethic, pro-active and details oriented. Good at using some technology and mobile and computer apps, for reporting purposes. Able to work to tight deadlines and react to last minute changes.
