E-Commerce Coordinator - Harlow - on site - up to £35,000 DOE. Support the day-to-day running and optimisation of ecommerce platforms. Our client is scaling their eCommerce team. As Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll support the management and ongoing development of our clients' DTC websites - pivotal in driving sales and improving the on-site experience. The Ecommerce Coordinator will: Update product listings, pricing, product descriptions and images, ensuring new and existing products are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for performance across all websites. Merchandising category pages and homepage banners. Manage and update website content, including home pages, product and collection pages, landing pages, blogs, and more. Actively merchandise the websites to ensure bestsellers are highlighted, and slow-moving products are managed effectively in line with inventory. Execute SEO strategies across all websites in multiple geographies to enhance organic traffic. Identify opportunities to increase sales and AOV and promote up-selling across the platforms. Regularly report website performance against KPIs and competitors, ensuring the websites are constantly improving. The Ecommerce Coordinator will need: 2 years of experience within Ecommerce with hands-on experience managing and updating e-commerce platforms - CMS. Awareness of the latest UX trends, the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions ( GA4 experience is a bonus ). Knowledge of performance marketing and email marketing strategies.
