Job Summary This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience across general civil litigation and family law. You'll take ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction to resolution, working on a wide range of disputes and family law matters while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. Your Role You'll manage a mix of civil litigation and family files, including contract disputes, property issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. You'll advise clients, draft legal documents, liaise with third parties, and conduct advocacy at interim hearings when appropriate. With autonomy in your daily work, you'll also be involved in negotiations, mediations, and business development activities that help maintain and grow the firm's client base. About You You are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in litigation and/or family law.
