The Training Trainer supports the Training Manager in the design and delivery of specialist, evidence-informed trainings programmes for professionals supporting bereaved children, young people and parents across health, social care, community, voluntary and private sectors. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based content delivered through both digital platforms and in-person, the role ensures professionals have practical tools to identify, respond to, support and/or refer bereaved children, young people and parents.
