We're now looking for a dynamic and driven Account Director - Leisure to join our Commercial team and help us position Sea Containers London as the preferred choice for luxury travellers. The Role As Account Director - Leisure, you'll be the driving force behind our luxury leisure sales strategy. You'll nurture and grow relationships with high-end partners - including luxury travel agents, consortia, and tour operators - while identifying new opportunities across domestic and international markets. Your focus will be on maximising suite occupancy, showcasing Sea Containers London at key trade shows and events, and ensuring we remain one step ahead of competitors in the luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive luxury leisure business. Build and grow strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia, and wholesale partners. Actively prospect and convert new business opportunities. Represent the hotel at global trade shows, roadshows, and client events. Host sales calls, site inspections, and client visits to highlight our unique property. Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Reservations teams to optimise revenue opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the luxury sector. Report regularly on performance, forecasts, and market insights. About You Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales, with a proven record in luxury leisure. A strong network of contacts within the luxury leisure travel sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated. Able to balance working independently with being a collaborative team player. Flexible to travel domestically and internationally. A true passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. As Night Auditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience, even while the city sleeps. You'll handle late check-ins and early departures, reconcile daily transactions, and support the smooth running of night operations across the hotel. This is a role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has a head for numbers, and takes pride in delivering warm, professional service no matter the hour. Key Responsibilities Oversee late-night guest check-ins, departures, and enquiries with efficiency and care. Complete nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy of daily transactions. Balance and reconcile room revenue, bar and restaurant takings, and other hotel charges. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management. Work closely with the Night Manager to maintain safety, security, and smooth operations. Deliver exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
