We are supporting a firm based in West London who have an excellent opportunity for those wishing to start their career as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. You will be supported with in-house training and development and learn from experienced mortgage advisers within the successful mortgage brokerage. This role will suit someone who has recently gained or is in the process of completing their CeMAP or R01 qualification. The mortgage brokerage based in West London specialises in providing Mortgage Advice to High-Net-Worth clients with an average mortgage value of £600,000. You will be provided with circa. 10+ leads per week from a variety of reputable property-based introducers, including London's largest estate agency and a number of the most prestigious housing developers. The high quality of leads provided and training available will enable you to develop into a successful Mortgage Adviser and unlock your earning potential. You will earn a competitive commission split with an uncapped earning potential; however, you will need to cover your own financial commitments while you build up your pipeline as this is a commission only role. Once you have built your pipeline (around the 4-month mark) you will earn a favourable share of commission, with the average adviser earning up to £50,000 in their first year. This is a fast-paced role that will suit a self-motivated individual with an excellent phone manner and ability to develop rapport. You will work within a vibrant open-plan office space with breakout areas and exceptional views of the city. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will be expected to be based from the office (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) so that you can learn from experienced mortgage advisers.
