At an exciting time of growth, Kinship is now looking to appoint an experienced Implementation Project Manager (4 days) to support in the delivery and national scaling of a new Peer-to-Peer Support Service. Funded by the Department for Education, the Peer-to-Peer Support Service is a brand new £1million initiative, delivering peer support groups for kinship carers, through both face to face and digital channels in England. This is a game changing service for kinship carers and builds on Kinship's 10 years' experience of developing peer support groups, as well as a successful pilot of a regional support group network model in the North East. Reporting to the Associate Director, as Implementation Project Manager you will play a pivotal role supporting the set up and delivery of this exciting new service, comprising of nine regional volunteer-led networks, as well as an accessible peer support digital microsite, e-Learning platform and online peer support chat.
