A portfolio that highlights advanced UX/UI design expertise , demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability across new domains , as well as proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite . You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, working closely with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems inclduing aspects such as emergency light testing & fire alarm testing.
