To provide a robust performance management framework in relation to final accounts and budget monitoring To assist with the Co-ordination of General Fund Estimates and Housing Revenue Accounts and to maintain all corporate budgets. To ensure all budgets are correctly loaded onto the ledger in a timely manner. To support the Financial Services Manager in the budget build and the monitoring and management of in-year budgets. To monitor the progress of identified savings in budgets and report any variances to the Financial Services Manager To liaise with external auditors with regard to approval of annual Statement of Accounts and changes in accounting requirement and systems To administer the overhead management system and calculate recharges to all Council services.
