Lead as Help Desk Officer and manage the end to end workflow of internal HR service requests from users of the Council s HR system to successfully resolve issues raised, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, and compliance with key Help Desk metrics and performance indicators. Development Management Area Team Leader Bromley Contract £42.46 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Development Management Area Team Leader. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Development Management Team Leader to cover the remainder of a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of an Area Team, managing up to 9 planning officers with the support of a Deputy Team Leader. The role will also involve reviewing and issuing decisions under delegated authority and attending Planning Committee meetings once a month (these take place in the evening).
