Job Description Field Based Guildford and Surroundings £35,000 per annum + Target-Based Commission Permanent Full Time Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) looking for a varied field-based role with excellent career development opportunities? At Vibrant Energy Matters, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your DEA expertise with a variety of property assessment services, with full training provided where required. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties. Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided). Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments. Completing independent energy audits. Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software. Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements. Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. Meeting daily productivity and quality targets. Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows. What We're Looking For Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Previous experience producing Residential EPCs. Full UK Driving Licence. Access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong IT skills. Well organised with the ability to work independently. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Professional, trustworthy and respectful when working in customers' homes. Commitment to continuous personal development.
