We work with a varied client base of owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on matters including; corporate transactional matters (business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs) company matters (shareholders agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs) commercial matters (commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR) non contentious employment law matters (employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements) Working as part of a growing and dynamic team, you'll need to be able to collaborate with others as well as possessing the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work. About you We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 3 or more years' experience in corporate matters. You will have a commercial and pragmatic outlook as well as a strong desire to be successful. Having the ability to manage transactions independently is a must but we also looking for someone who will support the team and guide junior members. Excellent legal technical skills Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for attention to detail Substantial experience on leading and advising on corporate sales and acquisition Specialist experience in M&A, shareholders' agreements, company re-structure and re-organisations, private equity transactions and investments among others Business drivers affecting, and legal, regulatory and business risks of owner managed businesses What's in it for you?
