S takeholder Engagement Translate business needs into precise product requirements.Communicate roadmap updates, risks, and value outcomes across regional and global stakeholders.Build strong relationships with propositions teams, operational SMEs, and technical leaders. External: Clients, technology vendors, regulatory/industry bodies. Knowledge and Abilities: Essential Product management/ownership experience in automation, workflow, or operational tech.Understanding of automation tools, digital workers, conversational agents, or AI task handling.Strong delivery skills: backlog management, discovery, prioritisation, agile practices.Ability to work closely with engineering teams.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Desirable Experience in insurance, claims, TPA, or regulated operations.Exposure to AI-enabled automation, LLM agents, API-first platforms, or orchestration engines.Familiarity with global product governance.Experience in platform migration or consolidation.
