Duties to include: Drafting documents as instructed by fee earners, including contracts, completion statements, leases, and other legal documentation Post-completion tasks, including submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax returns Producing, amending, and formatting legal documents using Microsoft Word, digital dictation transcription, and/or copy typing Obtaining relevant property searches through Searchflow or similar software Lodging applications, registrations, and requesting searches from Land Registry Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering identification checks Understanding accounting ledgers to produce bills, completion statements, and raise account requisitions Filing and general administration duties, including uploading documents to client extranets/portals Assisting with post, including franking, scanning, and distribution Liaising with clients by telephone and in-person Welcoming clients to meetings and preparing boardrooms Managing stationery and refreshments orders This Legal PA opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
