Job Title: Waste Team Member Location: Bristol, BS34 Contract Type: Full-time, shift work (including nights & weekends) Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour (under review due to minimum wage increase) Hours: 12-hour shifts with rest days between shifts; 5 days off every four weeks; 17.5 days holiday; working bank holidays paid at 1.5x per hour Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for Waste Team Members to join our client s busy production site in Bristol. This is a physical, hands-on role with excellent training opportunities, including on various electrical trucks. Key Responsibilities: Empty and replace 25kg waste bins from the production hall Empty and replace small green skips from the production hall Collect empty pallets and 3-metre rolls using an electric pallet truck Collect pallets of waste from the production hall Operate manual balers to bale plastic and cardboard waste Store bales in the storage area Load trailers and containers (after forklift or refresher training) General housekeeping of the yard and baler area Other general duties as required Requirements: Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends Willing to undertake training on various electrical trucks Reliable and a strong team player Benefits: PPE provided On-site parking Use of cabin for breaks Canteen available Training on electrical trucks Interested?
