MIG Welder / Fabricator Location: Brownhills Start Date: 06/01/2026 Shift: Night and Day shift available Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE) + Overtime + Shift Allowance Job Type: Full-Time Hunters4staff are hiring for a family-owned business with a small, friendly team operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Producing high-quality mild steel components, from machined forgings to heavy fabricated products, for global customers who demand excellence. What You'll Do Weld mild steel products ranging from 12KG to 750KG. Handle repeat jobs and longer runs (up to 6 hours) with precision and pride. Operate lifting equipment such as overhead cranes (training provided if needed, however experience beneficial). Maintain top-tier health and safety standards, PPE provided. Deliver consistent quality while hitting production targets. Hours & Flexibility Day Shift: 07:00 - 17:30, Monday to Thursday (40 hours/week). Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Wed) & 18:00 - 23:30 (Thu) with shift allowance of 1/3. Overtime available most weeks. Piece work positions also offered. What We're Looking For MIG welding experience. Ability to complete single-run butt and fillet welds. Multi-run fillet welds (desirable). Willingness to learn, future coding opportunities available.
