Key priorities Oversee day to day HR administration relating to employee lifecycle Coach managers to resolve employee relations issues proactively Refresh HR processes optimising digital solutions Provide HR management information Lead on staff wellbeing initiatives What we re looking for CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience Proven experience in employee relation issues Understanding and commitment to values led HR practice Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for 12 months based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter.
