And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for advising external clients on improving business results through digital transformation, consulting, and managed services. You will consult with clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, and product development to improve their enterprise technologies. You will contribute to the solution design of large, complex business and technical problems and assist with organizational change management efforts to help clients achieve a successful implementation of their new processes and/or tools. You will collaborate closely with leaders and sales/delivery teams to understand clients, industries, and competitive landscape.You will report to the Consulting Senior Manager and will work in the UK or the Netherlands. Your Responsibilities: Lead portions of project workstreams. Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables. Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and communicate findings. Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings. Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing. Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field 5+ years of consulting or applicable industry experience. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on automation and controls The ability to travel, potentially up to 50% of the time. Project management capability The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, business case development, and solution delivery Expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks Knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration.
