You will have a passion for working with children in the Early Years, an understanding of child development and be trained to Level 3 or above. You will be one of a team of TAs responsible for supporting teachers to provide high standards of provision and pastoral care for the boys in this part of the School and for ensuring that boys are happy and settled in their first years at Arnold House.
