SC Cleared Application Architect - £60-90,000 base plus bonus and car allowance depending on grade recruited at - London hybrid We are looking for an experienced Application Architect to join our client's team following continuous growth and success in the UK Government and Law Enforcement sectors based in London. Role Summary You'll be responsible for defining software architectures and designs, identifying new ways of solving problems and get to work in a range of different teams across their customer organisations. You will work in small teams and be given as much ownership and responsibility as you have the appetite for but part of a wider Engineering community to give you the support you need to grow in your career. They build a very broad range of capabilities for our customers, spanning multiple technologies, cloud, on premise etc We therefore value Engineers who enjoy playing a role in the full delivery lifecycle and are flexible to learn and pick up new technologies and approaches. You'll be playing a role in identifying the right technologies to use for the job. You will have experience in many of the following: Designing innovative solutions that fit within business and technical constraints Familiarity with security concepts, including secure design and implementation Taking responsibility for the technical output of your team Collaborating with tech leads and other architects to join-up solutions Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form Managing stakeholders, including customers and end users Championing quality assurance and best practices Practical software development experience in the full technical stack, e.g. React, Typescript, Javascript, Java, C#, messaging, Elastic, MongoDB and traditional RDBMS such as PostgreSQL. Following an agile development methodology Driving innovation within a team of engineers to find new solutions to difficult problems It would be great if you also had experience in some of following: Cloud technology training and certification, such as AWS or Azure Experience in full-stack technical design Mentoring junior engineers and nurturing their passion for engineering

DevOps Engineer - UKIC Clearance Required UK wide (Manchester, London, Leicester, Hursley, Cheltenham, Gloucester) - 3-5 days per week on-site Please note - due to the nature of work, all candidates must have UKIC clearance that is active and transferrable. My client is a global IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for a number of DevOps Engineers to translate system requirements into the design and development of customised systems in an agile environment. You will work with various projects and clients, working towards client specifications. You will have a real passion for the philosophy of DevOps which they'll be able to use to their advantage and deliver value for our clients. Your role will involve designing and deploying solutions to the cloud which will allow automatic provisioning and management of environments, the capability to continuously integrate and containerisation functionality and the automation of testing. DV/UK C Cleared Scrum Master- 3 months+ £550-600pd Inside IR35 - Full time on site (London) DV Cleared (UKIC Preferred) Scrum Master to join an established Consultancy to help drive ambitious programmes to deliver expert solutions. Please note: Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must have a DV/UKIC that is active and transferrable. Responsible for facilitating and championing the Agile software development process. Regularly report on team progress, risks, and any blockers to program leadership. Maintain project status in Agile tracking software and prepare reports on status. Responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile activities. Responsible for communicating with the customer and the team, tracking tasks and producing quality deliverables. Work with team to identify, document, manage risks/issues in a timely manner, coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risks/issues are resolved and closed. Coach the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. Collaborate with Product Owner to understand current assignment and enable the team to stay focused on Sprint and Program Increment objectives. Required skills to be successful in this role: • At least 3 years of previous experience leading and managing agile IT development projects. • Experience with Agile Project Management tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills is necessary to be successful in this role • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently and innovatively.
