Engage creatively and strategically, using outreach methods like calls, tailored messaging, event follow-ups, and social media to connect with decision-makers. Lead compelling conversations, both online and in person, to understand clients' challenges and tailor solutions from Oxford Economics' wide-ranging offering. Collaborate with our economists, marketing, and sales teams to craft the right approach for each opportunity and bring fresh ideas to our go-to-market strategies. Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date with activity and pipeline updates to help hit quarterly and annual targets. Represent Oxford Economics at industry events, webinars, and roundtables-building your network and raising our profile within the asset management community. Support global growth initiatives and contribute to enterprise-level opportunities that span regions and sectors. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Politics-or another subject that shows critical thinking and curiosity. A demonstrable track record with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services, subscriptions, or data/research platforms. A consultative approach to selling, with the confidence to navigate complex client needs and guide them to solutions. Commercially sharp, self-driven, and motivated by building relationships and growing accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You're engaging, credible, and good at reading the room. Organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce. A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is open to learning and sharing knowledge.
