Nestled in Queensland's coastal region beside the stunning Coral Sea, the lively town of Mackay is home to two modern dental practices. Both seeking dedicated full time dentists to join expert teams across their 4 chair Pioneer and Mackay Town Centre locations. These practices, known for their outstanding reputation, provide a wide range of services, including preventative care, restorative treatments, cosmetic procedures, endodontics and orthodontics for a loyal patient base. Key Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups. Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene. Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures. Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care. Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care. Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans. Foster strong relationships with patients and team members. Maintain up to date knowledge of dental best practice. Maintain patient records. Package and Benefits Opportunity to live and work in Mackay, Queensland. Earning potential between AUD$130,000 and AUD$300,000. 40% commission on monthly sales revenue. Join a reliable and collaborative team that will provide support and guidance. Key Skills and Qualifications Willingness to relocate to Australia. Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine. Valid UK dental licence with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client). Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance. Relevant qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia. Commitment to high standard of patient centred care & strong clinical skills and standards. Experienced dentists or new graduates. Growth mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges. Excellent communication skills with both patients and the support team.
