They are looking for exceptional talent, who want the opportunity to drive their business forward, with the support of a team of unique and experienced industry experts. The business has circa 60 people across 4 offices, including Worthing and London. This is a really important role in the company as you will report directly into the Appointment taking IPs and be a key part of the senior management team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the firm adheres to industry technical standards and to implement procedural changes that constantly improves compliance standards within the firm. The business has also been extremely flexible and would consider part time candidates and they are open to a hybrid working environment. The key duties and responsibilities in this role, although not limited to, are: Monitoring case diaries, Overseeing the completion of regular spot checks on insolvency cases, Overseeing the maintenance and development of document packs / templates and checklists, Dealing with and coordinating the response to complaints and other regulatory matters, Acting as the lead liaison with reviewers during inspections, Attending technical and compliance user group meetings, Delivering internal training sessions to colleagues, Reviewing the work conducted by the insolvency and restructuring team. To be considered for the role, you must have detailed knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and technical guidance from regulators. Exposure to having processed, reviewed and provided technical assistance on a broad range of insolvency appointments. Strong communications kills, meticulous attention to detail and good working knowledge of IPS is all essential. JIEB qualified talent will be strong preferred although the technical skills and application of technical knowledge on casework is fundamental. If you are a technical strong insolvency professional with good commercial acumen who enjoys the more regulatory, compliance and technical work to insolvency then this is a role to seriously consider.
