Key responsibilities : Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings as well as the long-term workforce planning goals. Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources as part of the overall TA strategy. Work with HR and Business leadership throughout the carve out to identify and recruit key talent to align with the Healthcare business' long-term strategies.
