You ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations while supporting the leadership team in achieving business goals. We re looking for someone who is: Experienced Minimum 5 years in Office Management or PA roles (with HR and compliance knowledge). Organised Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Confident Professional, approachable, and able to work closely with directors and teams. Tech-savvy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Motivated A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience of managing audits such as ISO9001 for example.
