Senior Salesforce System Administrator Overview We are looking for a Senior Salesforce System Administrator to lead the management and optimisation of a Salesforce-based Funding Platform. This role focuses on improving system performance, data quality and reporting, while providing expert support across Salesforce applications including CRM, Funding, Contracts and Funding Finance. You will act as the senior lead for funding data reporting and monitoring, working closely with technical colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to meet organisational needs. This team is responsible for conducting Secure-by-Design assessments on technology projects, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and requirements. Role and Responsibilities Lead and manage the Secure-by-Design team across multiple business entities. Oversee security reviews for technology projects prior to implementation. Define KPIs for the team and monitor performance. Engage with business and technology stakeholders to assess technical and non-technical controls. This role blends hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership, acting as the bridge between business requirements, technical delivery teams, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deliver a greenfield Salesforce CRM platform based on detailed business and technical requirements.
