Performance Management Work closely with managers to implement structured performance and feedback processes. Learning & Development Develop and deliver training programmes that enhance skills and leadership capabilities across the organisation. HR Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all HR processes align with UK employment law and industry standards. Workforce Planning & HR Systems Utilise HR analytics to identify trends, improve employee experience, and support business growth. Diversity & Inclusion Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace. What We re Looking For A truly inspirational HR leader someone who can coach, develop, and inspire people at all levels. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior or managerial role. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for employee development and succession planning. Proven ability to shape company culture and create a motivated, high-performing workforce. Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. They are looking for an experienced Heating Engineer to join their team on a self-employed basis. This is your chance to work with a highly respected client, enjoy a flexible schedule, and earn between £350 and £400 per day! As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out high-quality domestic gas and heating work in North West, Kent, South and East of London. Installation of Gas boilers Electric boiler experience an advantage. Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas systems and appliances Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and Gas Safe regulations Providing excellent customer service at every job You ll be working on a self-employed basis with flexible hours between 8 am and 5 pm, based on a schedule of work price structure, giving you the freedom to manage your work-life balance What We re Looking For Gas Safe registration (this is essential) Minimum of 3 years installation experience. Good knowledge an understanding of various boiler control, Y and S plan systems. Electric boiler installation experience desirable.
