What We re Looking For A truly inspirational HR leader someone who can coach, develop, and inspire people at all levels. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior or managerial role. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for employee development and succession planning. Proven ability to shape company culture and create a motivated, high-performing workforce. Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
