Following the planned retirement of a Senior Partner, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to become part of our well-established team. We're looking for 8 sessions but we are open to flexible arrangements will work with the right candidate(s) to create a role that fits. We are a friendly, well-organised and forward-thinking Practice based in Perth city centre. We are committed to providing high quality care in the ever-demanding General Practice environment. Situated in the centre of Scotland, Perth and its surrounding areas offer the very best of Scotland with easy access to Scotland's major cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Inverness. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who will share our commitment to develop our Practice. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Out with surgeries, our GPs often work together in the library creating an easy and collegiate approach to sharing knowledge, problem solving and a convivial atmosphere. Our patient list is currently just under 7,000 and includes a broad mix of patients. Your contract will be for 6 sessions per week under the BMA Terms and Conditions. Days, sessions and start date are all negotiable (but Mondays, Wednesdays, plus one other day would be most helpful). CPD leave would be included in your weekly rota. 3 GP Partners; 3 Salaried GPs; Practice Nursing Team and Admin 15-minute appointments either F2F or phone (patient choice) Vision and Docman Systems In-house minor surgery and joint injections Extended MDT including District Nurses, Health Visitors, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health Nurse on site and Wellbeing services. The Practice uses Perth City Centre Community Care and Treatment Service (CCATS) for routine phlebotomy, wound care and CDM clinics co-located in Drumhar Medical Centre. The Yellow Practice is an active member of the cluster group working well with the other Perth city practices.
